About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes to family members or healthcare providers.
- Ensure home safety and security for the individual being cared for.
- Communicate regularly with family members to update on the individual’s condition and progress.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
Skills
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of common medical conditions and treatments.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
