OVERNIGHT BUILDING STAFF – BALLSTON SPA

About the role

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a confident, dedicated, and compassionate individual to support the overnight hours at our Dominic Hollow Apartment building in Ballston Spa. The successful candidate will monitor and control building access overnight while providing support to tenants as requested. This role requires the ability to appropriately respond to the needs of sensitive populations, such as those recovering from mental health or substance use diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working with sensitive populations (a plus)
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training
• Excellent conflict management and dispute resolution skills
• Flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours
• Strong interpersonal boundaries
• Shared belief system in areas such as respect, empathy, and inclusion
• Successful completion of RISE background checks
• Valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy

Pay

$21.12 per hour for a 36-hour work week, with a $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
