Overnight Awake Personnel (part-time)

What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Program Manager, you'll provide awake coverage from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., ensuring a secure, healthy, and supportive environment for our juvenile residents.

Available Shifts

• Part-time: Friday - Saturday nights

What You’ll Need

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma and experience working with youth or vulnerable populations
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can join our team to help ensure the safety and well-being of youth in our group home during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma and experience working with youth or vulnerable populations

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
