Oven Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating industrial ovens used in the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Load and unload materials or products into ovens safely and efficiently
• Set oven temperatures, timers, and controls based on production requirements
• Monitor product quality throughout the heating/curing process and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of oven equipment
• Accurately document production data, temperatures, and cycle times
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (oven or heat-related experience a plus)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Comfortable working in warm environments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
