Outsourced Controller | Client Accounting Services Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within client accounting.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bill.com) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with team members on client deliverables and projects.
• Communicate clearly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• CPA certification or actively working towards CPA certification.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools is preferred.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
