Controller, Outsource Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

• Performing accounting services for clients inclusive of: Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports
• Aid in establishing and maintaining standardize accounting procedures and processes
• Generate all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis
• Perform general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations and work paper preparation
• Support onboarding new clients
• Train new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications
• Perform other general accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of four years of related experience
• Experience leading teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively
• Expertise using a range of technology solutions (software, peripherals, etc.)
• Project management skills

Schedule

• Office hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Summer hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
• Flex Friday scheduling available
