Controller - Outsourced Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for a portfolio of clients.
• Review and direct the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure on-time execution.
• Oversee completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirements.
• Administer and maintain charts of accounts and cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
• Deliver complete and accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Create financial analyses, KPIs, and operational reporting for clients.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and maintain them within financial systems.

Pay

$160,000 - $175,000 per year
