Responsibilities
- Possess and develop strong relationships with business owners, procurement teams, and fleet managers in key industries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (calls, texts, emails).
- Conduct virtual and on-site product presentations, vehicle walk-arounds, and proposal reviews.
- Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales for both single-unit and multi-vehicle opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate customer database with up-to-date account notes, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
- Provide consultative support regarding fleet lifecycle planning, financing options, maintenance strategies, and Ford Pro service solutions.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through consistent follow-up and value-driven engagement.
- Work closely with local upfitters to design and complete customized vehicle builds.

- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements
- The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- The ability to occasionally perform repetitive motion tasks such as pushing snow off of surfaces as high as 7 feet.
- The ability to drive 100 miles one way.
- The ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including temperatures above 80 and below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
