About the role

The Outside Services Associate plays a crucial role at The Beloit Club, a premier country club in Wisconsin. This position is under the direction of the Head Golf Professional and involves managing various aspects of the golf facility to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and their guests with a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Organize and stock supplies, including trash duties, in the bag room.
• Maintain and organize equipment and course supplies such as water coolers, trash bins, and range balls.
• Attend to the needs of members and guests upon arrival and after they complete their rounds.
• Clean golf clubs provided by members and guests.
• Drive and move golf carts to the golf shop staging area.
• Assist with tournaments and special events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety practices and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of all golf carts, equipment, golf shop, and golf course.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, currently attending preferred.
• Experience and/or Training: Ability to anticipate and skilled in multi-tasking.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills.
• Member Service Skills: Excellent member service skills.
• Attention to Detail: High attention for detail and great organizational skills.
• Professional Appearance: Clean and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Requirement: U.S. Work Authorization.
