Outside Salesman
SRS Building Products is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator to drive business success by supporting the Commercial Sales Manager and sales team in executing strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on managing client relationships, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless sales operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Commercial Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, driving growth and expanding market share within the commercial segment.
- Act as the primary liaison for commercial clients, addressing queries, facilitating communication, and strengthening relationships.
- Manage and update sales data in CRM systems, track key performance indicators, and generate detailed sales reports and analytics for leadership.
- Identify and implement process enhancements within sales workflows to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations.
- Assist in crafting compelling proposals, bids, and sales presentations aligned with client needs and organizational standards.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and finance to align sales operations with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the building products or construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Advanced proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial sales projects with strong organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the roofing and building materials industry and market trends.

- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is an asset.
