Outside Sales Trainee

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Lansing's products and services
- Utilize showroom as a sales tool to assist customers
- Help develop the growth of the branch by supporting inside and outside sales team in securing new business through B2B sales of siding, windows, gutter, and other exterior building products
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships
- Educate customers on Lansing’s products and services
- Help customers increase business while improving their profits
- Opportunity to advance into outside sales or management positions at locations across the country
Qualifications
- Must be open to future relocation as part of this program
- Demonstrated interest in sales, based on previous jobs or on academic preparation
- High energy, self-motivated, and hungry for success
- All-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquette
- Willing to go the "extra mile" to provide a high level of customer service
- Must be able to work well individually and on a team
- Strong communication and social skills
- Able to build quick rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Committed to setting and achieving goals
- College degree (preferred, but not required)
Pay
$55k+ SLS123
Schedule
This program lasts 8-12 months.
