Outside Sales Support Representative
About the role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to implement and maintain our CRM tools, ensuring adoption, analyzing data, managing data, and building analytic tools. This role supports active users in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management and collaborates closely with developers to deliver business design requirements and logic for both programmatic and declarative enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and other relevant information.
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Engagement (Chat/SMS/Omni Channel), Maps, CRM A.
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of processes, including lead management, proposal generation, and order processing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SFDC Dashboards and sales reports, analyzing data through tools such as CRM-A to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to the care/sales team and management.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are used effectively by the sales team.
- Support the sales team with training on sales processes, CRM usage, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems). In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years’ experience with SFDC, SQL, SAQL, Tableau, CRM-A, or related analytics tools is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
