Outside Sales Specialist

Best-One Fleet Service is looking for an Outside Sales Specialist to help lead their operations. This role serves clients in the industrial tire market, who have partnered with Best-One due to their consistent service delivery.

About the Role

This role requires a driven and energetic individual who can take initiative, work within a fast-paced team, and manage both current and potential clients. Ideal candidates should have experience in the tire or trucking industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate industrial tire sales to meet and exceed goals
• Work closely with the team
• Determine and understand customer product needs
• Maintain strong and positive customer relationships
• Travel between different locations
• Cook up and communicate with clients on a monthly basis

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of successful outside sales experience
• Tire experience is preferred but not required
• Fast-paced environment experience needed
• Proven track record of customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to stand, kneel, and crawl to inspect tires and equipment
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation
• Current valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• At least 18 years old
• Full shift, on-time, and according to schedule to meet job requirements
