Position Summary
We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong prospecting and closing skills to generate leads and close multi-year service agreements.
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
- Develop tailored proposals and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Maintain and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while collaborating with service and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to take coaching and feedback.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle if driving for business purposes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses.
- Annual Range: $52,000-120,000.
