Business Development$45k–$60k/yrFull-time

About the role

This is not a typical sales job. We are not looking for someone to manage accounts. We are looking for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up. Valor Peak Distillery is on a mission to become a household name in Colorado and we are building a team of people who want to be part of that growth. If you have ever wanted to say “I helped build that,” this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Get our bottles on shelves behind bars and into the hands of decision makers
  • Pitch and close new accounts consistently
  • Build real relationships with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and hotels
  • Manage your territory like it is your own business
  • Handle order flow, follow-ups, and account growth
  • Track your pipeline and performance daily

Requirements

  • Prior liquor industry sales experience (beer, wine, or spirits)
  • Strong understanding of the Colorado market
  • Reliable vehicle, mileage reimbursed
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain (we will cover it)
  • Able to work independently and execute

Why this role matters

We are building more than a distillery. We are building a brand that people recognize across Colorado and beyond. The person in this role will have a direct impact on that growth. Your accounts, your relationships, your impact.

Compensation and Upside

  • 6% uncapped commission on all personal sales
  • No ceiling, no limits; your effort equals your income
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid onboarding and training
  • Expected earnings $45,000 to $60,000 plus, but top performers will exceed that
