About the Role
Triple S Flotech is a manufacturer's representative and factory authorized automation facility for valves engineered to withstand severe applications, including the ADREM™ line of specialty valves for the chlor-alkali industry. As a subsidiary of FloWorks International LLC, Triple S Flotech also serves as an authorized automation facility for Mogas, L&T, and other valve lines.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Severe Service Specialists products to meet sales targets and generate revenue
- Respond to customer needs with appropriate Severe Service Specialists products
- Maintain high-level customer service with existing customers and leverage relationships to expand business
- Develop relationships with new clients through prospecting and responding to business development leads
- Monitor and review customer sales activity, adjusting processes and strategies as needed
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales utilizing knowledge of chemical industry and Severe Service Specialists product line
- Profitably grow sales to achieve yearly sales goals as a sales consultant for current core industries and emerging industries and markets
- Prospect for new accounts, retain existing accounts, and increase opportunities with existing customers
- Conduct on-site customer visits with new and existing customers
- Manage sales volume with an existing group of customers while prospecting to expand the customer base
- Forecast, prospect, and bid for new business including customers, markets, and additional service opportunities
- Maintain existing and build new customer partnerships
- Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all organizational levels including end-users, Sunbelt, and other resellers
- Share market and competitor information with applicable channels within the organization
- Partner with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to resolve customer service issues
- Identify customer product needs and coordinate order execution
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers as needed
- Assist in training or mentoring of associates
Qualifications
- Power and/or Pulp and Paper industry experience
- Experience making sales calls to end users and resellers in the Power and/or Downstream O&G industry
- Point of sales (POS) system or consultative selling/solution selling experience required
- Knowledge of customer business needs
- Knowledge of Severe Service Specialists product line and core customers
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field; certification required in some areas

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required.
