Responsibilities

• Canvass & Build Relationships
  • Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate
  • Identify potential storm damage
  • Explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
  • Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline
  • Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory

Requirements

• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• A pick-up truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
