Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors

As a Sales Representative, you will evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we provide training. You will receive company-provided lead opportunities, benefit from an established brand reputation, structured sales training, ongoing AI coaching (Siro), CRM & Hover technology, clear performance dashboards, a take‑home company vehicle and financing tools, and full product & production support across roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
- Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow‑up diligently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors
Qualifications
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus (not required)
