Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors

As a Sales Representative you will evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business, with full training provided even if you lack roofing or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow‑up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• No roofing or construction experience required; training is provided.
