Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors

As a Sales Representative, you will evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business, with the opportunity to build uncapped income while helping homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.

Qualifications

• No roofing or construction experience required; training provided on the industry.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.

Skills

• Self‑motivated, competitive, coachable, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to connect quickly with homeowners, present solutions confidently, and ask for the sale.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM, AI coaching tools (Siro), and Hover technology.

Pay

Paid training for the first 3 months, followed by commission‑only compensation with an earning potential of $150,000–$250,000 per year.
