Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors

Cenvar is seeking Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry. We are looking for strong communicators who can build trust, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process.
Location: Culpeper, VA.
This is a full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
- Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.
Skills
- Self‑motivated, competitive, coachable, and results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to connect quickly with homeowners, present solutions confidently, and ask for the sale.
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus (but not required).
