Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through close.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding pest control products and services.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of pest control industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay

$20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
