Outside Sales Representative / Pest Control

About the role

Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work outside, meet new people, and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in keeping appointments as scheduled and performing prompt follow-up
• Build strong rapport with potential residential customers through networking
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
• Perform home evaluations involving crawling into tight spaces and assessing damage
• Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately
• Enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and having varied experiences
• Ensure success with inspections and gaining new customers for Arrow Exterminators

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Proven sales ability
• Basic math skills
