A Day in the Life of an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator

As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will:

• Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals daily
• Maintain a schedule of appointments and perform prompt follow-ups
• Build rapport and network with potential residential customers
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
• Perform home evaluations, including accessing tight spaces like attics
• Use your sales skills to recommend services and explain benefits clearly and honestly
• Enjoy a varied work environment with no two days the same

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Proven sales ability
• Basic math skills
