Outside Sales Representative - Oil and Gas (Midland/Odessa, TX)

About the role

Curri is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to own the oil and gas vertical. You will visit operators' active well sites, oilfield service companies' yards and field offices, and oilfield supply branches to identify partnership opportunities and increase deliveries on the Curri platform. This role shapes the future of a booming business in a high‑value, high‑urgency vertical.

Responsibilities

• Spend four days per week on the road developing relationships with target locations in your assigned geography.
• Serve as the first in‑person contact across a range of sub‑industries in the oil and gas value chain.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a world‑class customer experience for prospective customers.
• Execute a market‑based motion, strategically working high‑value accounts that may have minimal or no experience using Curri.
• Develop strong knowledge of Curri’s suite of products and a unique point of view on logistics.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and advance professionally within Curri.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable walking into a Company Man’s trailer or an OFS field office to convey Curri’s value.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect into Mid‑Market/Enterprise‑level accounts using phone calls, personalized emails, and a suite of sales tools.
• Excellent time‑management, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work autonomously.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack.

Pay

Base salary of $80,000 with on‑target earnings (OTE) up to $120,000, plus the benefits listed above.
