About the Role
As a Moxie Outside Sales Representative - Inspector, you’re helping homeowners live a healthier, safer, and more energy-efficient lifestyle by ensuring they receive the best solutions for their home. Your in-person presence and dedication to satisfaction build trust with homeowners and their families. You’ll play a critical role in driving Moxie’s success and growth while enjoying top-tier recognition, including President’s Club trips, rewards, and unlimited growth opportunities.
The role comes with a fully scheduled appointment pipeline, top-earning commissions, and the ability to change customers’ lives daily. You’ll serve as the professional face of Moxie, perform home inspections, make customized recommendations, submit sales, and schedule installations—all while continually growing as a sales professional.

Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience

- Clean driving record
- Willing to drive and maintain a Moxie-branded vehicle
- Capable of being on your feet for extended periods in the field
- Must reside in the designated sales territory
Pay
Compensation range: $150,000–$200,000
