Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing customer relationships
  • Selling compressed air systems to industrial and manufacturing clients
  • Generating leads and developing new business in your territory
  • Making calls, sending emails, and setting appointments
  • Collaborating with inside and outside sales/service teams for smooth transitions
  • Owning and growing your territory in alignment with company goals
  • Operating in a high-performance, challenge-driven environment

Requirements

  • Experience in outside or territory sales is required
  • 3-5 years of sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with manufacturing plant environments is a plus
  • Experience selling or working with industrial equipment is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance environments is a plus
  • Experience with compressed air systems is a plus

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Passionate about helping industrial and manufacturing clients succeed

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of industrial compressed air systems
