This role is responsible for building and managing external partnerships that advance community initiatives and organizational goals. You will serve as a key connector across nonprofit, business, and public sectors while driving outreach programs and events.

Partnership Strategy & Outreach Execution
- Identify and develop partnerships across nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors
- Represent organization at community events, forums, and networking functions
- Lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and engagement campaigns
- Coordinate partner meetings and collaborative initiatives
- Advocate for community needs while promoting organizational priorities
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple projects, events, and timelines simultaneously
- Track engagement metrics and partnership performance
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ongoing communication
- Utilize CRM and tracking tools to manage outreach activity
- Support reporting on program effectiveness and impact
