Outside Sales Representative - Graphics and Color

About the role

Riot Creative Imaging, a division of ARC Document Solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales – Brand Graphics, Visual Display Sales & Digital Printing professional to join our dynamic team. Based in Nashville, TN, this position offers an attractive total target earnings potential of $100,000 - $125,000.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales by partnering with marketing managers, brand architects, and creative agencies to pitch premium large-format graphics, environmental displays, trade show exhibits, and custom visual experiences.
• Conduct discovery sessions and present high-concept visual solutions using our portfolio and digital rendering tools.
• Work closely with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution on complex campaigns.
• Develop and retain a strong portfolio of recurring B2B accounts across corporate, retail, entertainment, and commercial spaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling color print solutions.
• Ability to translate brand strategies into physical visual executions and pitch high-concept solutions to agency directors and brand leaders.
• Existing relationships or experience working alongside marketing, advertising, creative, or store planning departments.
• Exceptional communication, discovery, and closing skills—confident presenting to decision-makers in person and over Zoom.
• High autonomy, high energy, and the drive to manage full sales cycles independently in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, virtual presentation platforms, and pipeline management.
• Experience selling digital signage or blending physical and digital brand experiences is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in color print, large-format graphics, experiential marketing, or visual display solutions.
• Self-driven with a proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to leverage our proprietary 3D spatial tools and in-house AI rendering team to present high-concept mockups to clients.

Pay

Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000/year (excludes uncapped commissions, car allowance, and benefits).
