What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to understand project goals
• Conduct on-site consultations and property evaluations
• Design customized fencing, decking, railing, and outdoor living solutions
• Prepare estimates and present proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and referral partners
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into completed projects

What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate:

• Sales, business development, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area
• Preferred: Experience in fencing, construction, decking, outdoor living, home improvement, building materials, landscaping, or related industries
• CRM and estimating software experience
