Outside Sales Representative/Estimator
Weather Built Homes is a premier home improvement company based in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in roofing, siding, and energy-efficient window solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales/Project Specialist department.
About the role
Join our team of trained sales representatives with an industry-leading compensation plan, ongoing weekly sales training, and a massive bonus structure. We offer a 100% commission-based role with unlimited income potential—your earnings are directly tied to your efforts. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all required training, sales tools, samples, and prescreened appointments. This is an in-person, full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and proposals for prospective customers
- Ensure accurate estimates, pricing, and adherence to company margins
- Proactively identify and contact potential customers
- Maintain positive relationships with current customers, vendors, and contractors
- Meet assigned sales quotas and follow established company guidelines
- Evaluate site conditions and prepare project estimates
- Close estimates delivered to customers
- Maintain proper sales reports

Pay
$120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (commission-based with bonus opportunities)
Schedule
- Day/Evening shift
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Weekends as needed
- 8-hour shifts
