Outside Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Your compensation structure includes:

• $40 for every qualified lead you generate
• An additional $160 for every closed deal
• New hires receive $600 per week in training pay for the first 6 weeks, plus uncapped commission opportunities during training

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our “hours of success”

• Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
• Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
• Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
• Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset
• Learn directly from experienced leaders and advance as you develop

What You Bring

• A self-driven, motivated attitude—no prior sales experience required
• Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachability and eagerness to grow
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
