Outside Sales Representative – DFW

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet / exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
  • Direct and coordinate sales activities in the region, develop project-specific sales strategies, and communicate project requirements to the company's operations and management team.
  • Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.
  • Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.
  • Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems.
  • Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration.
  • Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience is required.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office.
  • Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations.
  • Occasional domestic travel is required.
  • Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Valid US driver's license and safe driving history.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Ocassional domestic travel is required.
