Responsibilities

• Client Engagement Educate clients on enhancing their home's health, safety, and comfort
• Customer Support Address inquiries and provide essential equipment information
• Team Collaboration Maintain regular communication with sales coordinators and managers
• Documentation Thoroughly document each call and job for seamless operations
