About the role

Window Nation enhances the comfort, safety, and value of homes through high-quality window replacement solutions. We're looking for Outside Sales Representatives who can present our industry-leading products with professionalism and integrity, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations of Window Nation's extensive product range
• Listen actively to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships leading to sales and repeat business
• Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
• Flexibly schedule appointments to match homeowner availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Qualifications

• Comfortable using iPad-based applications
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets
