Outside Sales Representative - Builder
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
- Work with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base
- Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution
- Analyze competition in territory and devise sales strategy
- Communicate sales strategy to management
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Document all sales activity in Salesforce for evaluation of new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years industry-related sales experience is preferred
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
- General digital literacy
- Self-motivator, able to multi-task, and learn quickly
Benefits
This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $100,000+.
