Outside Sales Representative - Bobcat of Ocala

About the role

Leppo Rents is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to expand our presence in Ocala and the surrounding areas. This position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local contractors and businesses
• Match customers with the right equipment
• Demonstrate, deliver, and sell industry-leading equipment
• Grow your territory by managing accounts, developing new business, and achieving goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and product knowledge
• Work closely with rental, service, and parts teams for a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in the equipment industry)
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel within the territory
