Core Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and project scope
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Guide customers through claim-related workflows and expectations
- Maintain consistent communication from first contact through contract
- Work directly with insurance adjusters to align scope and pricing
- Identify missing scope, supplements, and code-required items
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts
- Close restoration projects in alignment with approved claim scope
- Generate new opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build relationships with roofers, contractors, and insurance-related partners
- Represent Pinnacle professionally in the field and community
Qualifications
- 1+ year of outside sales experience (restoration, roofing, or construction preferred)
- Experience with or willingness to learn insurance-based sales processes
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable safely using ladders and performing exterior inspections up to three stories high
Technical & Software Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with or willingness to learn: JobNimbus (CRM & project tracking), Hatch (communication and follow-up platform)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Earnings are performance-based and may vary depending on storm activity, claim volume, territory opportunities, referral relationships, and individual production
