Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales) – Central Arkansas
About the role
Datamax of Arkansas is seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative (B2B) to lead business development and territory sales efforts across Central Arkansas. This role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales of Business Process and Strategic Technology Solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services for commercial clients. This position plays a key role in revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships within the Central Arkansas business community.
Responsibilities
- Possess and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships and account management
- Identify customer needs using consultative selling and solution selling techniques
- Present tailored technology solutions including hardware, software, and IT services
- Maintain pipeline management and CRM updates
- Meet or exceed revenue and sales targets
Qualifications
- 1+ year B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Ability to manage time, territory, and pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Commission + performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
