Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with auto body shops, dealerships, and commercial accounts
- Promote and sell automotive paint systems, primers, clear coats, and related supplies
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and application requirements
- Coverage product demonstrations and training when necessary
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotes
- Maintain and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage customer accounts, including follow-ups and order processing
- Stay current on new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Cook with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience (automotive, paint, or industrial coatings preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive refinishing products and paint systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills

- Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a mixed office and warehouse environment with exposure to automotive tools, materials, and equipment
- Role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with product handling as needed
- May require operating company vehicles in accordance with safety standards
- Must be able to manage fast-paced operations with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
- Occasional travel to other branches, training sessions, or company meetings may be required
