About the role

Z MANA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Honolulu, HI. We are a company dedicated to bringing innovative security and smart home automation solutions to the people of Hawaii.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and close deals in the C15 (A) (B) /Low Voltage world, including alarm systems, access controls, security surveillance, telecommunications, etc.
  • Work with existing leads and develop strategies for generating new leads.
  • Understand and communicate the Security as a Service model effectively.
  • Show knowledge and expertise in the C15/Low Voltage world.
  • Use excellent computer skills and social media expertise to manage customer relationships.
  • Communicate product features and address customer questions.
  • Be flexible and willing to work long hours, nights, or weekends.
  • Persistently pursue sales opportunities despite potential setbacks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to sell and close deals.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen to and address customer needs.
  • A working knowledge of the C15/Low Voltage world.
  • Advanced computer skills and social media proficiency.
  • Experience with Smart home and security alarm systems, particularly 2GIG and Alarm.com.
  • The ability to take and complete necessary training courses to familiarize oneself with the company’s product line.
  • Effective communication skills to discuss product features and answer customer inquiries.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Persistence in maintaining a positive attitude towards sales challenges.
