Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding our customer base and market reach.
- Collaborate with our production team to deliver seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our high standards of quality and integrity.
- Utilize provided leads to efficiently manage your sales pipeline, focusing on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Represent Kingfisher Roofing at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing our brand presence and reputation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.
- You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior—integrity is non-negotiable.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work.
