Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting and expanding the existing client base
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to bid submission and proposal presentations
  • Sell a complete range of alarm monitoring systems and services, including Cellular and AES wireless monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and meet company sales objectives
  • Maintain and exceed assigned sales targets and support overall company order goals
  • Execute sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals to maximize opportunities
  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional customer value and innovative solutions

Job Qualifications

  • Strong persuasion and closing skills are crucial for securing deals.
  • Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems, products, and services is preferred
  • Managing a territory, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing tasks efficiently is key for success.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition
  • Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common business applications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in commercial sales with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and reference screening
