Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions — stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities
- Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to clients' needs — present solutions that are too good to say no to
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Qualifications
- Excellent people skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Computer skills
- 1–3 years of industry and sales experience
- Real estate experience is a plus
Pay
$115,000 - $200,000/year
