Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with homeowners and decision-makers through door-to-door sales, referrals, and local networking
  • Present tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals, concerns, and timelines
  • Handle objections with confidence and turn “maybe” into “yes” by building real value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Maintain and exceed monthly performance goals with the support of leadership and field training
  • Collaborate with your team and leadership to continuously improve your skills and strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and close deals in person
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
  • Experience in outside sales, customer service, or the service industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Industry experience is a plus, but we train the right candidates from the ground up

Compensation

$79,000 - $79,000/year
