Job Summary
Taylor Home Improvement is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a family-owned, community-focused company, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping homeowners improve and protect their homes.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Travel to scheduled appointments and meetings within your assigned territory.
- Consistently meet or exceed your designated sales targets.
- Create and implement a personal sales strategy that aligns with Taylor Home Improvement’s mission and values.
- Accurately document all leads, appointments, sales, and customer interactions in the company CRM.
- Complete a minimum of 50 door knocks per day, averaging 250 per week.
- Proactively engage in self-generation activities to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Taylor Home Improvement at company-sponsored events to connect with homeowners and promote our services.
- Assist customers with inspecting and filing insurance claims for storm-related damage or other qualifying repairs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent are important qualities.
