PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed territory revenue targets and manage assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers through regular on-site visits
- Identify and pursue new strategic customer opportunities through targeted outreach
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Develop equipment quotes and financing options based on customer needs
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product suite and effectively position against competitor offerings
- Document all sales activities and manage pipeline opportunities with consistent follow-up
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer issues promptly and effectively
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated success in territory management
- Technical product sales experience preferred
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Supply Stores, or Natural Gas Compression preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Territory planning and execution capabilities
- Technical product understanding
- Basic financial acumen
