Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help local businesses solve one of their greatest challenges: finding and retaining quality talent. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide customized workforce solutions, including temporary staffing, contract-to-hire placements, and direct-hire recruiting services. Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Identify workforce challenges and recommend customized staffing and recruiting solutions.
• Present and sell Express Employment Professionals' services, including temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing with clients.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
• Manage and grow a designated sales territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, business organizations, and community functions.

Requirements

• Two or more years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce solutions experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable working independently and managing sales territories.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
