About the role
The Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care’s presence within the community. This role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services. This is a Full-Time, Business to Consumer (B2C) role meeting and speaking with potential prospects in the field.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Educate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care provides
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system
- Met and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission
Requirements
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with others
- Motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success
- Innovative and open to new ideas
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
