What You’ll Do

  • Possess proven success in sales and relationship management.
  • Communicate effectively and present solutions to clients.
  • Manage your own schedule and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions.
  • Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges.
  • Represent Rose Pest Solutions as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
  • Sales-minded experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
  • Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
